Vale Rowan- sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms

Vale Rowan is a converted cattle barn offering comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to nine guests. Set in an enclosed garden with patio and private hot tub it has some of the most outstanding views you are likely to come across! Rowan has had a small renovation in January 2025 offering a beautiful new kitchen and painting throughout the cottage.

Entrance to Rowan is no-step entry into a large utility room with ample space for coats and boots, the utility room also has a washing machine. Here you also have access to the wet room style shower room. Through the utility room you access the cottage into a large hallway, the main through-way to the rest of the house. On this first floor you have two bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen, dining and living space and a main family bathroom with corner bath. 

Bedroom one has a Super King zip and link bed which can be 2 full sized single beds upon request. Bedroom two has a double bed. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have wonderfully comfortable beds. 

The large, well-equipped Farmhouse kitchen has an electric range cooker and hob ideal for family gatherings around the kitchen table. It also has a full-sized dishwasher, large American fridge-freezer and smaller ‘drinks’ fridge. 

The sitting room has comfy furniture, a free-view TV with an Amazon Fire Stick ready for your own streaming services. Rowan’s living room has enormous windows from where you can admire the truly stunning views of Pen-y-Fan and the Brecon Beacons and French doors opening out to a patio, hot tub, lawned area and parking.

Access to two further bedrooms is downstairs where you can find a further two Super King zip and link beds and a single bedroom again with super comfy mattresses. Down here you can have a maximum of 5 single beds or mix and match with a Super King and three singles; bed configurations can be confirmed two weeks before arrival. 

Rowan is a great cottage to stay with friends or a large family.
