From the courtyard, an external staircase takes you up to the large three-bed Vale Oak cottage.

There is open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with exposed beams, three big sofas and a large wood-burning stove and a large dining table.

This cottage is ideal cottage for meeting up with family and friends in the other cottages. It is also ideal for a larger family or one needing more bedrooms. It is also great for a group of friends.

Vale Oak has a good-sized entrance hall for hanging coats and kicking off shoes. The open-plan living room and kitchen are great for entertaining and eating meals together. The cottage is wonderfully cosy with a log burning fire and a sunroom that you can sit for hours and gaze out of the windows at the stunning and ever changing scenery. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The TV has an Amazon Fire stick ready to stream Netflix etc with your own log ins.

There is also a handy separate toilet in the entrance hall.

The large Master bedroom has exposed beams and an en-suite shower room, there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Bedroom 1: double and single bed, door to Ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, heated towel rail and toilet.

Bedroom 2: King size bed (can be a twin).

Bedroom 3: double bed.
