Vale Farm House – Now Open!
Vale Farm House is a stunning traditional stone farmhouse with a long history of farming in this beautiful part of the world. The house sits with the other 6 holiday lets making it a wonderful addition to our complex and offers 4 large bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests (2 infants also welcome). 2024 saw the start of significant renovations of this large home, and after 13 months of work it is ready to welcome you to our farm for your holiday. The house also has access to the heated indoor pool and hot tub making it a fantastic base to explore Mid Wales and the Brecon Beacons.
Having flexible sleeping makes this house perfect for groups of friends, couples, walking groups and business groups. It is also a perfect house for a family or two families getting together with plenty of space inside and outside the house. The house is large enough to also be the ‘main house’ for bigger bookings with more than one cottage.

* 4 large bedrooms sleeping 8-10 with zip and link super king beds making flexible sleeping arrangements with availability of up to 10 single beds or 4 super kings. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, dressing table with stool, hair dryer and bedside table with lamp for each bed.

* Two bathrooms- bathroom 1 roll top bath and double shower, bathroom 2 double shower both have basins and toilets.
* Large kitchen dining room with range oven, American fridge freezer and dishwasher plus separate drinks fridge.
* Conservatory seating area with stunning views over the farm.
* Large living room with log burner and 50″ smart TV with ‘guest mode’ to allow your own streaming services.
* Social room- large extra living room with TV, comfy seating, table for playing games, selection or board games, darts board. You are welcome to bring your own games consoles for this TV.
* Up to 2 infants welcome with travel cots provided (please bring your own bedding), highchairs also available on request free of charge.
* Downstairs WC
* Large utility room with washing machine, airers, plenty of space for boots, coats and dog crates.
* Outside- A large enclosed garden space with some grassed and hardstanding areas. A large 6 seater hot tub included in the price.
* Dogs welcome- up to 3 dogs are welcome. We kindly ask they do not go upstairs as it is a carpeted all upstairs.
* Access to the indoor pool and hot tub as well as the children’s play area.
* Parking for up to 4 cars
