Vale Farm House is undergoing significant and very exciting renovations to be our new Flagship holiday let.

Vale Farm House is a stunning traditional stone farmhouse that stands with the other holiday cottages at Vale Farm.

Our plan is that the cottage will sleep up to 10 people in 4 large bedrooms.

We are taking enquiries for bookings and deposits for bookings from 1st March 2025.

Our plans include, but are subject to change; 

* 4 large bedrooms sleeping 8-10 configurations to be confirmed

* Two bathrooms- bathroom 1 roll top bath and double shower, bathroom 2 double shower

* Large kitchen dining room with range oven, American fridge freezer and dishwasher plus separate drinks free

* Conservatory seating area

* Large living room with log burner and TV

* Games room TBC 

* downstairs WC

* Large utility room with washing machine 

* Outside- 6 seater hot tub, garden space (currently not enclosed)

* Dogs welcome downstairs only, number of dogs TBC. 

* Access to the indoor pool and hot tub as well as the children’s play area. 

* Parking for up to 4 cars
